Job summary

ShopRite in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead store operations and drive customer experience. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on engaging Associates, enforcing policies, and delivering service excellence across departments.

Responsibilities include supervising Front End, Bookkeeping, and promotions, while implementing best practices to improve efficiency and shopper satisfaction. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Able to make decisions to improve business results based on data.
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Able to lift 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work with customers and cooperate with others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store operations and associates to meet goals.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and positive customer experience.
• Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and ShopRite From Home functions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and enforce company policies.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard Associates and ensure training.
