Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) to oversee the customer and donor experience, drive store productivity, and meet sales and margin targets while maintaining brand standards. The role includes leading Softline and Front of House operations, PGFR, and seasonal sets, with focus on data-driven improvements and team development.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in retail and/or production setting.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the customer and donor experience to drive store productivity and reach sales/margin targets.
• Manage Softline's, Front of House operations and PGFR merchandising.
• Oversee product rotation for Softline goods and seasonal sets.
• Support supervision of associates and ensure adequate donation and POS coverage.
• Monitor data entry and provide coaching to improve accuracy.
• Communicate and implement policies, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.
