Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an Employee Experience Manager (EEM) to lead recruitment, development, and performance improvement across our Milwaukee stores. You will drive store productivity, manage back‑of‑house operations and oversee the hardlines section on the sales floor.

This role involves coordinating online training, conducting career path check-ins, analyzing data, reporting findings, and partnering with leadership to implement policies and vendor projects.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Work varied schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focus on store production goals while maximizing donations.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding for new hires and conduct progress check-ins.
• Oversee hardline product rotation to ensure fresh merchandise and availability.
• Monitor compliance with online training requirements and provide development opportunities.
• Enter reports on time and monitor data accuracy, coaching as needed.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Communicate policies and procedures and manage team communications.
