Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowers the customer through personal contact and excellent service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and world recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and safety duties.
