Michaels in American Fork, UT is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, handle checkout, and support store operations. This position involves helping customers find products, enrolling shoppers in the rewards program, and participating in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Team Members will unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure shelves are well-merchandised and in-stock. You’ll engage customers with friendly service and uphold store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; ensure compliance
• Interact respectfully and model positive behavior for teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
