Job summary

Michaels Store in Bountiful, UT seeks a team member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and operate the checkout. You will engage with shoppers, enroll them in Rewards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers to find products.
• Operate checkout and process transactions following standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label programs; support BOPIS/SFS.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; participate in shrink and safety programs.
