Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitable mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates.
