Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team in the Pottstown area. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences, guiding associates and collaborating with the Store Manager to be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Support onboarding and development of store associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to prepare to step in as manager.
• Uphold visual and operational standards for customers and staff.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
