Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to help deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.

You will lead with a focus on customer service, assist in onboarding, coach associates, and uphold brand standards while driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience at Store 3116-Woodbridge Center-ANN-Woodbridge, NJ.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by modeling personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Maintain high visuals and operational standards while prioritizing customer needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
