Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Wisconsin retail locations.

You will be a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store, upholding our mission and values while delivering outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. In this role you will educate customers on the product portfolio, handle daily transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling, while escalating issues to supervisors when needed and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, balance batch receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
