Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more locations within the district, ensuring strong sales, customer service, and adherence to policy.

You will manage staff schedules, conduct training, handle cash, supervise deposits, and coordinate with the District Director of Operations. Travel within the district and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, requests, and collection calls.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and safe transfers.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions in accordance with policy for loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
