Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs
• Escalate issues to store manager or district office when needed
• Answer phone inquiries and handle customer applications
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend
• Comply with laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations
• Travel within district as required and work assigned shifts
