Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Formación

• Must have 1 year of proven customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
• Manage switchboard and answer or direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist with granting site access and updating usernames and passwords.
