Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience required
• Basic/entry level computer skills
• Entry level telephone etiquette skills
• Must be 18 years or older with HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service
• Answer questions and resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite)
• Schedule services and manage follow-ups with customers
• Handle billing questions and payments
• Interact with customers using Route Point software
• Enter service notes and maintain customer files
• Calm and diffuse upset customers and escalate when needed
• Print and review service tickets for technicians
