Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services in our Berkeley store. You will sell and deliver a customer service experience that is unique to Apple, asking questions to tailor recommendations to individual needs.

As a Specialist, you will stay current on Apple’s products and services, share knowledge with peers, and help customers understand ownership opportunities while ensuring accurate information and compliance with store

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Apple products and services is preferred.
• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customers' needs and offering appropriate Apple products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and store processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform additional in-store tasks as needed.
