Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, seamless service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.
