Job summary

You will build trust with customers and teammates, participate in privacy education, and promote loyalty program benefits. Hours vary, including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android).
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training for onboarding new hires.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.
• Promote Nordstrom Loyalty program and new tools to enhance customer and employee experience.
