The role emphasizes telephone etiquette, problem resolution, and strong communication as you support technicians and customers through daily service workflows in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that encourage continued service use.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, and provide pricing.
• Schedule services and enter notes in the system.
• Update and file customer and technician paperwork.
• Calm and diffuse angry customers when needed.
• Collect and reconcile payments from technicians.
