HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver positive customer experiences and support continued service usage. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to schedule services, resolve issues, and provide pricing for non-termite services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, provide pricing, and schedule services.
• Communicate with internal/external customers of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
• Interact with customers by scheduling pest and builder related services.
• Resolve billing questions and reconcile payments with technicians.
• Enter service notes and update customer records in the system.
• Review and distribute service tickets for technicians.
