Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Texas to deliver positive customer experiences, schedule services, and support billing processes. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provide pricing information for non-termite services.

Responsibilities include using Route Point to book pest-related services, maintaining accurate notes, and escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Entry-level customer service skills and technique.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with company phone features and call handling.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive experiences that encourage continued service.
• Regularly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Answer questions, research issues, provide non-termite pricing, schedule service.
• Schedule pest/building services using Route Point software.
• Resolve invoices and billing questions.
• Enter service-related notes in the system and update technician info.
• Escalate inquiries to managers and collect payments.
