HomeTeam Pest Defense in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver positive customer experiences and support customers through scheduling, pricing, and service inquiries. You will interact with prospects and existing customers using Route Point software and partner with technicians and managers to resolve issues.

Minimum requirements include one year of customer service, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.
• Ability to use telephone features professionally.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule service and provide closure.
• Interact with customers by scheduling pest and builder related services using Route Point.
• Resolve billing questions and collect payments.
• Maintain customer files and update system notes.
