Laundry Capital's Jamaica, NY location is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly, in-person service at a busy laundromat. You will assist customers with card use, machine selection, wash-and-fold orders, and retail purchases while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, can stand for long hours, and work flexible shifts including overnights. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
