Job summary

MatWorks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our customers. You will handle orders, provide product pricing, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, while coordinating with various departments to keep shipments accurate and timely.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, tracking orders, and processing claims while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders.
• Answer phone or email inquiries.
• Provide product information and meet service requests.
• Track orders and coordinate corrections.
• Process inquiries on shipping status, pricing or invoicing information.
• Communicate between Manufacturing, Accounts Receivable, Art, and Sales to resolve issues.
• File claims with freight carriers related to shortages, quality issues, and transit damage.
