Job summary

MatWorks in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service by providing product and pricing information, processing orders, and resolving order issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork. You will coordinate with manufacturing, accounts, and sales to resolve problems and support a positive customer experience through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail- and task-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a good attitude and rapid pace.
• Team player with strong computer skills.
• Post-secondary education or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders.
• Answer phone or email inquiries.
• Provide product information and meet service requests.
• Track orders and coordinate corrections.
• Process inquiries on shipping status, pricing or invoicing, and website questions.
• Communicate between Manufacturing, Accounts Receivable, Art Department, and Sales Team to resolve issues related to customer satisfaction.
• File claims with freight carriers related to shortages, quality issues, and transit-related cargo loss or damage.
