Job summary

MatWorks in Georgia is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide product and pricing information, process orders, ensure timely shipment, and resolve order issues to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

This on-site, full-time role in Lagrange involves coordinating with Manufacturing, Accounts Receivable, Art, and Sales to track orders, answer inquiries, and file claims with freight carriers for shortages or damage.

• Team player with good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders.
• Answer phone or email inquiries.
• Provide product information and meet service requests.

• Coordinate between departments to resolve customer issues.
