The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and handling claims with freightCarriers when needed. Local candidates only, no relocation.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders.
• Answer phone or email inquiries.
• Provide product information and meet service requests.
• Track orders and coordinate corrections.
• Handle shipping status, pricing or invoicing questions.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, AR, Art, and Sales to resolve issues.
• File claims with freight carriers for shortages, quality issues, and damages.
