Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a customer service professional based in Lawrenceville, GA, to support product inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with accuracy and courtesy. Strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Overtime may be needed to meet daily quotas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, tracking, complaints, and problems.
• Enter email and phone orders into the system for delivery.

• Send open order reports and support the sales team as needed.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and orders are delivered on time.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. The role requires handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance with professionalism and accuracy.

Job Location

This position will be based in Lawrenceville, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery
• Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable
• Send open order reports, as required
• Meeting daily quotas
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders
• Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer
• Support the sales team, as required
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis, as needed

Job Requirements
