Yoh is hiring a Customer Experience Representative I in Cedar Falls, IA, offering a hybrid schedule with ~8 in-office days per month and typical 8:00am–5:00pm hours. You’ll be a key first contact for customers and internal field sales partners, handling inquiries, documenting issues, and driving service improvements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach, with opportunities to support Relationship Managers and participate in events as needed.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in a professional or administrative setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach.
• Familiarity with crop insurance and banking products is valued.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day customer and partner inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and help drive department goals.
• Document support calls, research issues, and provide timely resolution updates.
• Analyze issues and determine the best path to resolution, including account adjustments when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend enhancements.
• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing account portfolios.
• Help execute account-specific marketing/communication efforts and act as a liaison as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Represent the organization at events (trade shows, conventions, Field Days, sales meetings), as needed.
• Communicate frequently with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders on account status and issues.
• Coordinate service actions and related communications with clients and internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter resource by sharing information appropriately and professionally.
