• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, dealers, distribution partners, and sales representatives.
• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.
• Help coordinate marketing and communication activities for strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Document customer calls, track issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Identify customer concerns and recommend ways to improve the customer experience.
• Communicate account updates, customer feedback, and pending issues to Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, portfolio analysts, and compliance.
• Support customer and dealer experience decisions and resolve account-related issues when needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and other business events.
