Innova Solutions in Cedar Falls, IA seeks a Customer Experience Representative I for a 3-month contract. You will serve as the first point of contact, support account management, respond to inquiries, document interactions, and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolutions and strong customer engagement.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and CRM experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• CRM system experience and account management knowledge.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, sales teams, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders regarding day-to-day account activities.
• Support account management efforts by assisting with portfolio growth, customer engagement, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries, research issues, and provide timely resolution while delivering a high level of customer service.
