Customer Experience Representative - Cedar Falls

Job Description

Established company seeks a Customer Service Representative / CSR / Customer Experience Representative to work at their Cedar Falls, IA office.

This is a temporary position that will start immediately and run through March 2027. You'll earn up to $28.50 an hour, based on your experience. You will work daytime hours Monday - Friday.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative / Customer Experience Representative will include:

• Serving as first point of contact for customers, a strategic account
• Acting as a subject matter expert
• Coordinating service actions
• Providing support and knowledge to customers that promotes long-ter customer relationships for the Vendor Finance Department
• Supporting the Relationship Manager and growing an account’s portfolio
• Assisting the Relationship Manager in uncovering and/or understanding potential marketing and communication opportunities
• Providing the best possible customer service
• Identifying opportunities to and make recommendations that enhance the customer experience
• Answering and documenting details of support calls resolving minor to complex issues
• Communicating with customers effectively
• Sharing information and knowledge appropriately
• Analyzing issues that arise and deciding what the best course of action is to take to find a solution including customer account
• Other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have:

• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel REQUIRED
• Writing skills are a plus
• Ability to work well under time constraints
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to operate as a self-starter
• Financial services and/or leasing industry experience a plus
