Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative I on a 5-6 month contract. This role is hybrid in Cedar Falls, combining remote work with on-site collaboration to support customers, dealers, and partners.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, maintain documentation, and assist Relationship Managers. Ideal candidates have strong customer service background and familiarity with banking products and crop insurance.

Role: Customer Experience Representative I

Location: Cedar Falls, IA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract for 5-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries.
• Handle customer support calls, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic accounts, and distribution partners.
• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in account management and business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate customer service activities and ensure timely communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Support sales, marketing, and account communication initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Customer Service / Customer Experience / Client Relationship Management.
• Knowledge or familiarity with Banking Products and Crop Insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, agricultural finance, vendor finance, or insurance industries will be preferred.
