Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating daily center workflow.

You will work with rental car partners to provide one-stop service, maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing, and help manage load levels to keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor center work volume and adjust load levels.
• Coordinate rental car/tow company services for customers.
• Know insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Support multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
