Job summary

Crash Champions in California is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist/customer service associate to greet customers and support daily operations at our Burbank location.

You will manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and correspondence, provide clerical support to the General Managers and Service Advisors, and help keep receivables and accounting records up to date. The role offers competitive pay between $16.50 and $25.00 per hour and benefits as listed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
