Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused front desk/administrative specialist to greet customers and manage calls across our Florida locations. You’ll support General Managers and Service Advisors, handle walk-ins, and coordinate communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact for customers.
• Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence; direct to appropriate person/department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables, data entry into accounting systems, and balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
