• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as first contact with customers.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence, directing matters to appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and various spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
