Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in guiding customers from purchase to delivery, handling payments, and addressing questions with a friendly, professional approach.

You will work independently and in a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience, providing genuine service and resolving issues while supporting the sales and operations teams. A retail schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, professional service to customers.
• Demonstrate effective communication in person and on the phone.
