MCI in Dallas, TX is urgently hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, professional service across phone, email, and live chat. You'll help customers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records as part of a globally expanding BPO.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a HS diploma, fluent in English, strong problem-solving and listening skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication
• Sharp problem-solving and active-listening abilities
• Comfortable multitasking in a rapid, dynamic environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
