Job summary

Caliber Collision Fortville Service Center is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs and respond with guidance as required. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, photographing, and paperwork, and arrange transportation for customers.

You'll deliver proactive customer service while communicating with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth repairs and adherence to Caliber's SOPs and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures and industry guidelines.
