Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences during loan/pawn cycles and manage payments, appointments, and data entry in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build relationships, meet performance standards, handle in-store events, and support growth while maintaining compliance and security across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency with phone, POS and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout loan/pawn cycle
• Accept payments, monitor accounts, and manage appointments
• Meet performance standards through referrals and in-store events
• Develop customer relationships to build business and loyalty
• Enter and maintain customer information in POS systems
• Uphold compliance with policies and applicable laws
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and cash handling
