Wireless Zone in Maine is looking for a Customer Experience Representative who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to be the first point of contact for our customers in-store. You will greet customers, assess their needs, provide information and services, troubleshoot device or service issues, and process cell phone payments while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll also support the sales team, stay current on technology, and demonstrate products to educate customers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude.
• High energy level and self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process Cell Phone Payments.
• Assist the sales team with their day-to-day needs.
• Staying up to date on the latest technology.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement
