Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer based in Bangor, Maine, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling payments, answering questions, and providing technical support to ensure a positive store experience.

The role is a floating position with shifts across two locations. A passion for technology, high energy, and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but a strong eagerness to learn is expected.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are important.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm are valued in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High energy level and self-motivation help in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve customer needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell.
