Qualifications

• No experience required; eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular or computer technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the store and assist in two locations.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit and provide information.
• Troubleshoot basic device and service issues for customers.
• Process cell phone payments and assist the sales team with daily tasks.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell where appropriate.
