Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Norwalk, CT to bridge the gap between customers' dreams and delivery realities. You will schedule deliveries, handle payments, and address inquiries with genuine, friendly service.

You’ll work independently or on a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience, support sales and operations, and adapt to a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
