Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and advise load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop customer service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
