Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct customers as needed.
• Assist with customer charge accounts, open accounts, accept payments, answer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Handle service counter cash work and prepare bank deposits.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from greeting to farewell.
• Answer phone inquiries and route to the correct area.
• Assist with opening and maintaining customer charge accounts and payments.
• Package and prepare items for shipment, including online orders.
• Manage cash handling duties and bank deposits.
• Maintain neat, organized department and displays.
• Availability for on-site shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
