National Car Rental is seeking a Customer Experience Representative at Grand Rapids Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental process. You will verify driver information, communicate terms, and assist with add-ons while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

The role requires 18+ years old, valid US work authorization, and prior customer service or sales experience. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail or allied roles.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Offer optional protections, upgrades, fuel options, and other products.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls.
• Assist with the rental return and vehicle condition assessment.
