National Car Rental at Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City, MI, seeks a Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service, verify driver information, and facilitate smooth rentals from start to return.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining terms and products, offering protections and upgrades, handling reservations by phone, and maintaining knowledge of rental policies. This role requires reliable attendance and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to customers as needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Assist with vehicle condition notes and maintenance notifications as required.
• Maintain knowledge and pursue on-the-job training and company courses.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
