National Car Rental at Shreveport Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and manage rental transactions. You will verify driver information to ensure a smooth rental and return experience, explain terms, and offer optional protections and add-ons.

You will respond to reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, assist with directions, and maintain knowledge of products and services. Competitive benefits follow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Offer additional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls or in person.
• Assist with callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assess rental condition at return and notify management of issues.
• Engage in training and development opportunities and company-provided classroom training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, and perform assigned duties.
