Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record per policy.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone, delivering friendly service.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections and upgrades.
• Assist with directions, local information, and service details for customers and returning vehicles.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and communicate with other branches/vendors.
• Coordinate callbacks and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles on return and notify management of issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and maintain vehicle cleanliness when applicable.
